We all experience times of struggle, grief, questioning, loss of direction or meaning. Life circumstances and events can sometimes distance us from authentic sources of wisdom, strength and support.
I believe every human being is able to gain access to the knowledge, power and wisdom to heal, change, and grow. We are capable of learning to direct our thoughts, feelings and actions towards personally meaningful choices for physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual health.
Counselling can help you:

- discover possibilities for alternative ways of responding, believing and feeling.
- identify and enrich sources of support.

- learn or regain effective coping skills and strategies.
